Personalized dietary guidance designed to help people living with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) better understand their dietary needs. Eligible patients prescribed with Pertzye may qualify for additional dietitian and nutrition support.
What This Program Offers
My EPI Plan is designed to supplement your treatment plan by providing you with individualized nutritional guidance from licensed dietitians for individuals living with EPI prescribed with Pertzye. Through personalized dietitian counseling sessions, you can learn how to make informed choices about your diet and daily habits.
Eligible patients prescribed with Pertzye may qualify for:

- 3 hours of counseling by a registered dietitian
- Nutritional supplements
Eligibility
Patients residing in participating states within the USA prescribed with Pertzye may be eligible to receive 3 hours of registered dietitian counseling. They are also eligible to receive a 1-month supply of a Vitamin/Probiotic, and a Shake or Protein Bar of their choice, every month while prescribed with Pertzye.

- Patients receiving Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs (VA), or that are participating in any other state or federally subsidized pharmacy benefit program are not eligible for this program.
